How To Make A Hangover Juice?

Hangover Juice. Ranish Jansari makes a hangover juice at Fushi in London. This will aid headaches and boost energy levels are a hard nights drinking! Sample of our Hangover Juice.

Step 1: You will need

* 1 ½ large carrots
* ½ medium lemon
* 2 medium oranges
* a dash of hangover tincture , (optional)
* 1 juicer
* 1 spoon
* 1 knife
* 1 chopping board
* 1 glass
* 1 jug

Step 2: Chop

Cut up the carrots. Carrots contain more carotine than any other fruit or vegetable. The body converts this into vitamin A which is good for your skin, bones, teeth and vision.

Remove the peel from the oranges and cut into small pieces. Oranges contain a high concentration of vitamin C which helps you maintain a healthy immue system. Vitamin C is also an antioxidant that can help ward off cancer and strokes.

Cut the lemon in half, remove the peel, and chop into small pieces. High in vitamin C, lemons relieve cold and flu symptoms and can also relieve heartburn.

Step 3: Juice

Turn the jucier on. Make sure the jug is beneath the spout. Add the carrots, lemon, and oranges to the juicer and juice.

Step 4: Optional extra

If you like, try adding a dash of hangover tincture to the glass before you pour. This one contains Chamomile flowers, Siberian ginseng, Licorice, Milk Thistle, and Willow - a combination that will help headaches and boost energy levels.

Step 5: Pour & Serve

My personal advice is ‘ Don’t drink too much! You can arrange for a limo to wait on you or pick you up if you really need to drink in Singapore.
